How we work
Each and every project we undertake starts with plenty of discussion – unless we fully understand what our customers’ want there is no way we can make it for them! At this stage we usually show customers’ some examples of our recent work to help them to decide exactly what they are looking for, certainly sharing ideas is an important start to any project.
Every one of our customers have difference requirements, some are perhaps restoring a period house and want historic details to be copied exactly, something we are very happy to do. Others may want the very latest in contemporary design, perhaps inspired by something they have seen or a new idea they have had – again we relish the challenge of making their dreams a reality.
Certainly we are happy to undertake a range of projects, from a complete renovation to a replacement sash window. We treat all sizes of project with equal importance and achieving the best result possible is a feature of every project.
Once we have agreed a design, a budget can be worked out – we are experienced in producing work within agreed budgets and can advise on the best materials and designs to keep control of costs. Next is the schedule, by which we mean when your work will be produced, delivered and if necessary fitted. Again we agree with our customers in advance when we can do the work and pride ourselves on delivering on time, once a date has been agreed.
